Bookmark Task Desk
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Data processed
When you select a Chrome bookmark folder, the extension reads the titles, URLs and folder structure needed to preview and organize the items you selected. If you enable the optional bookmark watcher, it stores metadata for bookmarks created after that setting is enabled.
Task states, settings, pasted links and the local identifier library are stored in Chrome local storage. The extension does not upload bookmarks, links or downloaded files to TabCove.
Network access
The extension may access a page or a user-configured local downloader only after you initiate the corresponding action. In tab mode, Chrome may send an existing session cookie to the configured site and the extension may read rendered HTML visible in that tab. Cookies are not exported to TabCove.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell extension data or use it for advertising. Records remain in the browser profile until you export, clear extension data or uninstall the extension.
